- Situational Analysis: SWOT analysis, market share and current status - Where you are right now
- Vision: Define the number of agents, the company dollar revenue, the profit for years 1, 3 &5 – Where you want to go
- Strategies: Defining measurable and specific strategies and proven tactical items – How you are going to do it
- Critical Path: Prioritizing the tactics according to need, urgency and time – When we are going to do it
- Variance Report: Monthly Report that compares the current number and type of agents, transactions, company dollar revenue and listings with the goals established – How we are doing
- Cash Flow Projection Report: Budgeting tool that predicts cash flow based on the goals and vision established – What we can expect
- Create Custom Dashboard: A custom operational report – How are you doing compared to last year
Step 3: Bi-monthly one-on-one coaching and accountability calls (Weeks 5-52)
- Guiding you through the implementation of the Strategic Performance Plan
