Peter became a Realtor over 21 years ago, rapidly becoming a top sales person, manger and trainer within a regional real estate company. Within two years, he became a real estate broker and with two partners opened a real estate franchise. With one year, his company had attracted 65 agents, over 50% of all the Realtors in his community. Adding mortgage brokering and appraisal to his operation, Peter successfully ran his company through the 1990’s recession, selling it at a profit in 1996. Since then, he has been an international management consultant to a diverse group of companies and a business and motivational coach to real estate and mortgage brokers and agents. Peter is expert in creating and executing business and marketing plans for start-up companies, assisting or directing a total of twelve start-up ventures. To-date, Peter has enjoyed over 6,000 hours of professional coaching experience, mentoring everyone from new agents to top earning real estate teams. An aggregator of industry “best practices”, Peter continues to collect, improve and deliver the top techniques for business and life success for the benefit of his real estate and mortgage coaching clients. Peter has been married to his amazing wife Ingrid for over 27 years and together they have raised three exceptional children. Peter holds an honours science degree in zoology, statistics and psychology. He is also an Accredited Mortgage Professional, a licensed limited market investment dealer and a registered mortgage broker and real estate broker.
