At Strategic Peak Performance Coaching Inc.(SPP), Randy works with our brokers on business planning and conducts strategic audits. Randy is also involved team audits and develops content for both the broker and team webinars. Randy brings a full complement of experience and education to his role at SPP. He was licensed to sell real estate in 1988 and has since collected many sales awards and completed hundreds of transactions. Randy also has experience in organized real estate; he was elected as a Director to his local real estate board for two terms and also chaired the ethics committee. Today, he remains active in both residential and commercial real estate. Being invested in the industry, Randy provides our clients with a solid understanding of the issues and challenges that our clients face each day in the marketplace.
Randy has an honours B.A. in Economics from York University and a M.B.A from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. The skills he learned at business school are well utilized in his work with brokers and team leaders at SPP. Along with Peter Mueller; he is continually working to develop new coaching material, webinars, systems and programs that will assist our clients. Combined experience within the industry, along with formal education provides Randy with skills and insights that allow our SPP clients to fully understand their business. SPP’s proprietary strategic audits will identify critical metrics that impact the profitability of both brokerages and teams and shatter long-time industry myths of measuring success.
