
The Agent Coaching Process
Step 1: 1The Introductory Complementary Coaching Call
- A 20 minute session with the purpose of allowing the client to get a picture of what the coaching call looks like. Included in this session is the complementary offering of the Strategic Business Calculator
Step 2: The Evaluation – Getting to Know You – Call 1
- Client assessment
- Business review
Step 3: Build a Custom Strategic Performance Plan from Evaluation and Questionnaire – Who? What? When? Where? How? (Calls 2 – 4)
- Develop Mission Statement – defining your values - why?
- Situational Analysis – SWOT analysis, current status – where you are right now
- Vision – 1 year goal, 5 & 10 year goals – where do you want to go
- Strategies – defining measurable and specific strategies and proven tactical items – How you are going to do it
- Critical Path – prioritizing tactics according to the need, urgency and time – when we are going to do it
- Income/Cash/Variance Reports – reports designed to monitor and access how we are doing compared to our goals
Step 4: Bi-Monthly One-on-One Coaching and Accountability Calls (Calls 5 and onwards)
- Guiding you through the implementation of the Strategic Performance Plan
- Updating and reviewing current status
- Reviewing action items fro the week(s) (tactics from the Performance Plan)
- Establishing new action items for the weeks ahead and how to execute according to the plan
Step 5: Review and Update the Performance Plan (quarterly)
